Q: Does CPR Savers price match competitors pricing?

A: Yes we do! We have a special form for you to fill and send to us, but it's currently unavailable for technical reasons. Until we get it fixed for you, please contact customer support.

Q: How do I obtain a W9 from CPR Savers & First Aid Supply?

A: We have a pre-filled W-9 that you can download. From there please email our accounting department at accounting@cpr-savers.com

Q: How do I have taxes removed from my order if I am tax exempt?

If you have already made your purchase and live in Arizona, California, or New Jersey, you can fill out the appropriate form below and email it to service@cpr-savers.com to receive a refund. To avoid having taxes taken from your order before your purchase, you need to place your order by phone or by email.

Q: Do you offer Government pricing?

Q: Do you accept purchase orders?

A: We do accept purchase orders. Please fill out our credit application and send it to service@cpr-savers.com. You will receive a response within 48 hours on the status of your application. You may send your purchase order upon approval.

Q: Can I submit my PO through your website?

A: All POs must be emailed (service@cpr-savers.com) or faxed ((480) 275-7002)

Q: How do I request a quotation?

A: Provide your billing and shipping address, the items or part numbers desired, the quantity of each item desired, and contact information in an email to service@cpr-savers.com

Q: How long will my quotation be valid for?

A: All quotes are valid for 90 days.

Q: Do resellers qualify for free bonus items and ground shipping over $99?

A: Resellers do not qualify for free shipping or free bonus items.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my product after my order is placed?

A: Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Shipping will take 3-7 business days.

Q: May I ship with someone other than UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL?

A: CPR Savers may accommodate other methods of shipping, but the customer would be responsible for setting up the pick up from our warehouse and providing any paperwork or labels needed for the order to be received by the shipper.

Q: Why did I receive a request to pay additional shipping for my international order?

A: Shipping Quotes are Not Exact.

Understand that shipping charges quoted are not exact. Some orders (i.e. bulky, heavier products) may be modified after your order, which could result in a decrease or increase in shipping and handling fees. Orders shipped to Guam, Virgin Islands, Alaska, or Hawaii will require additional shipping charges. You agree to be responsible for any additional shipping and handling fees. You will be notified of any charges.

Q: How can I expedite my order?

You may choose from several different shipping options: Overnight, 2-Day Air, or Express Saver (3-Day Air). All expedited shipping methods will require a shipping quote to be manually done by a representative of CPR Savers. The quote will be based on the weight of the items ordered, when the order must be received, and where it is shipping to. You are paying for guaranteed delivery, so these services are guaranteed.

Q: What is the standard lead time for an international order?

A: After 24-48 hours of processing has ended, the order has a 7-14 day lead time to arrive at the customer's country's customs.

Q: How do I avoid paying custom fees?

A: Custom fees are mandatory with every country and are out of CPR Savers jurisdiction.

Q: If my invoice shows only the billing address does this mean it will ship there?

A: Yes; if your invoice only has one address that is where your order will ship to.

Q: Can I return an item and how should I do so?

A: Yes, certain items can be returned. Please review our Return Policy page.

Q: When an item has to be repaired or replaced who pays for shipping?

A: If the item is being repaired or replaced previous to the 30 day return time or the damage was caused prior to the customer receiving it, the customer is not responsible for paying shipping costs. All other reasons will require that the customer pay for the shipping costs.

Q: How do I keep track of when my AED pads and batteries expire or need to be replace?

A: We have programs available that you can use to help monitor when your AED(s) requires any maintenance. Click here to view a list of AED management programs.

Q: Do you build custom first aid kits?

A: Yes! Visit our Custom First Aid Kits page for instructions on getting started. If you already have the specifications for your kit, contact customer service at 1 (800) 480-1277 and we will assemble and provide you with a price quote.

Q: Do you fill oxygen tanks?

A: We do not fill oxygen tanks. All of our oxygen tanks are shipped empty with the exception of our emergency oxygen tanks which provide 30-90 minutes of oxygen.

Q: Do you have items available for rental purposes?

A: We have CPR training manikins and AED trainers available for rental. Visit our Rentals page to view a list of items available for rental. On that page we include pricing per day for each item, a rental calculator, and the rental form you must fill out to request a rental.

Q: How far in advance should I contact you for rental manikins?

A: We advise our customers to contact us at least 1 week prior to your date to ensure you will receive your rentals on time. However, if the item is available we are always able to expedite for you if you do not contact us in advance.
