Just wanted to let someone now what a great experience I had dealing with EVERYONE at CPR Savers. I had placed an order with Brian originally, had to call back to revise it (I forgot the name of the female who helped me), and lastly I spoke to Seth thinking I hadn't paid it when I had! When I called, if I was placed on hold it was quick and the operator made certain that someone was there to answer. I work for Marriott and have taught classes on delivering excellent service...it is rare that I come across it outside my own company and I had to tell someone. The staff I met with were incredibly efficient and quick.I appreciate it!

I placed an order with CPR Savers on October 11th. Customer service monitored my shipment every step of the way and kept providing me with frequent detailed information, through emails and phone calls.
