Orders within the United States will be shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground. We will also use USPS for small items. Please note that although most orders do ship the same day, some orders require 48 hours for processing and packaging and will arrive in 3 to 7 business days. We ship from approx 10 different warehouses. Some items may need to be backordered, which could require up to 1-2 weeks for processing and packaging.

Understand that shipping charges quoted are not exact. Some orders (i.e. bulky, heavier products) may be modified after your order, which could result in a decrease or increase shipping and handling fees. Orders shipped to Guam, Virgin Islands, Alaska or Hawaii will require additional shipping charges. You agree to be responsible for any additional shipping and handling fees. You will be notified of any additional charges.

Depending on the item's price, amount, and/or nature of the items sent, some orders will be sent with a signature required and will not be left at shipping address. You agree to be present for delivery of your order or reshipping, handling and/or restocking fees will be charged.

You may choose from several different shipping options: Overnight, 2-Day Air, Express Saver (3-Day Air). All expedited shipping methods will require a shipping quote to be manually done by a representative of CPR Savers. The quote will be based on the weight of the items ordered, when the order must be received and to where it is shipping. You are paying for a guaranteed delivery, so these services are guaranteed.

International Orders

International orders consist of Canada, and any country outside the United States. An International Freight Quote will need to be manually calculated by a CPR Savers Representative, which will be based on the weight of the order and to where it is shipping. All duties and taxes that international customs charge to release the order will be the customer’s responsibility to pay.

Other states such as: Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska may require a freight quote to be manually determined by a representative of CPR Savers based on the weight/size of the order.

Large or heavy orders will be subject to a shipping quote. Anything over 150 lbs will have to be delivered by truck on a pallet.

FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO boxes. ALL address changes made after the order has been processed and shipped out with any incorrect or missing address information being presented at the time of purchase: i.e. company name, suite name, customer name, may be subject to a $10 charge incurred by FedEx to make any address modifications. This payment will need to be made before the address change will take effect. Only a CPR Savers Employee can make the changes to the address.

Due to many orders being placed online the only method of contact CPR Savers has available to contact a customer is via email. CPR Savers is not responsible if messages regarding address notifications, additional shipping or discontinued items go to your bulk or junk email folder.
